Our Solution

We were approached by one such broker to consider a well-established firm of solicitors. They were a limited liability partnership looking to buy out one of their partners who wished to retire.

Whilst we were unable to facilitate the total required, as part of a syndication we agreed a £45k unsecure professional practice loan over 36 months.

Many of our professional loans are repeat customers that the brokers continue to introduce to us. We are happy to consider as we have a great repayment history and understand their cash flow requirements.

Most of the repeat loans are for solicitor practices that require loans to assist with their tax bill. These unsecure loans are funded over a 12 month period. Guarantees and Indemnities are always required from the partners.
