BROKER AWARDS 2026 - RECOGNITION FOR HARD ASSET DEALS

Our final broker award has been awarded to the fantastic team at Clarity Commercial of AFS UK for Recognition for Hard Asset Deals.
Jonathan Smith / Managing Director
Jonathan is the founder of Kingsley Asset Finance and is an accountant by profession. Since its inception Jonathan has been involved in every role in the business as it has grown and developed and has particular expertise in the development of customer and broker relationships.
He is both well known & liked in the finance industry.
Amongst his friends & associates Jonathan is known for his many holidays but his mobile phone is always to hand!
Peter Bednarczyk / Associate Director/Head of Credit
Peter joined the business in 2013 as Head of Credit.
Having worked in the finance industry for over 30 years for a variety of Banks & Asset Finance Companies as a key member of their credit teams, Peter is well respected in the finance industry. He has assisted in the development of new systems and solutions that have been key to the growth of the business.
Norma Greenwood / Senior Underwriter
Norma has joined us in mid 2024 as our Senior Underwriter. Coming from a background of corporate banking and then in to Asset Finance, Norma understands our customers needs. Norma's addition to the team allows us to get through more proposals and faster!
Charlotte Earnshaw / Broker Relationship Manager
Charlotte joined the Kingsley Team in January 2024 as our new Broker Relationship Manager. Charlotte has 8 years previous experience in Asset Finance but from the broker side so she is very tuned in to what our brokers need and building relationships.
Alex Neyland / Senior Underwriter
Alex joined Kingsley at the start of 2026 as Senior Underwriter; bringing to the team a wide knowledge and experience in asset finance lending.
Louise Hendy / Head of Marketing
Louise joined the Kingsley Team in 2016 from an experienced background in sales & marketing. She runs all of our social media platforms as well as all our other digital marketing. You will catch her at networking events and expos across the North West representing Kingsley.
Jayne Ashworth / Sales Support Administrator
Jayne has been with Kingsley since 2008 and is a key member of our sales support team. As a sales support administrator Jayne has a wealth of experience with point of sale finance solutions. With her attention to detail and her friendly can do attitude Jayne is popular with our brokers & direct customers.
Kirstie Barker / Head of Collections
Kirstie joined our team in late 2020 as our Accounts Administrator before moving on to become our Head of Collections. Kirstie deals with all our direct debits and settlements as well as preparing e-documents for new deals.
Suzanne Smith / Sales Support
Suzanne joined the business when it was just getting started. She has held a variety of roles within the business and is a knowledgeable and invaluable member of the sales support team. She is a dedicated professional who has great ability to spot a grammar or spelling mistake! She is a great support to all the staff and creates strong team, broker & direct customer relationships.
Caroline Bottomley / Admin Assistant
Caroline helps with all of our administration duties as well as supporting the underwriters with credit checks and risk assessments.
Lee Knight / Group Financial Controller
Lee has been with Kingsley since 2006. In addition to his extensive knowledge & ability as our Finance Controller, Lee has developed great relationships with our block funders and is key to the smooth running of our lending ability.
