Our Chosen Charities Corporate Social Responsibility

Most of us will know someone who has been affected by mental health issues, or perhaps had personal experience. The government are finally starting to put mental health in the workplace on the same level as physical health, with Mental Health First Aid looking likely to become compulsory for all work places.

At Kingsley Asset Finance, we see mental health as being of the same importance as physical health. In 2018 we launched our Mental Health in the Workplace guidebook which has been issued to all employees. It details procedures, where to find support and the help we will offer to staff. Some staff have also completed the Mental Health First Aid course and are now fully trained.

So, we have decided to support our local Mind charity, Lancashire Mind. We are raising money in house and also holding events with local businesses to raise even more!
