Our latest Deal Spotlight is for a Refinance deal for a customer of one of our new brokers, Copper Swan.
The broker approached Kingsley Asset Finance for a Sale and Hire Purchase Back facility for numerous vehicles that were located in various places around the country. Due to the nature of the business and the fact the vehicles are constantly on the road, we were able to utilise our partnership with Verifi Asset Protection to carry out the required asset inspections needed for this Refinance proposal.
Verifi allows us to send a secure link to an individual, in this instance an employee of the company, who is with the vehicle and can then take all the required photos of the vehicle directly in the app, with time stamps. There were 7 separate inspections needed, at different locations throughout the UK, so this involved 7 employees of the company. This is a huge time saver for the broker and still provides us with an asset inspection that we can trust.
Once all inspections were completed, Kingsley prepared the finance documents for e-signature and requested all supporting information. When everything was signed and all requirements were satisfied, Kingsley settled the existing finance and pay out the remaining balance directly to the customer.
Refinance allows businesses to free up cash that is otherwise tied up in assets they already own or have on existing finance. The capital can then be reinvested into the business and used for other operational purposes.
