This month’s Deal Spotlight is a little different, as we’re highlighting two separate deals we funded for one of our valued supporting brokers, Moorgate Finance.
Both deals involved our Professional Practice Loan product:
- The first was for a cosmetic clinic in Scotland experiencing rapid growth and expanding into a new premises.
- The second supported a new start-up launching a private hospital, with funding required for fit-out costs.
While we typically require 12 months of trading history to consider proposals, in this instance we were able to proceed thanks to strong guarantors with other successful businesses. This allowed us to take a cross-company guarantee, enabling us to support the new venture.
We received comprehensive proposals for both clients from Moorgate Finance, which made for a smooth underwriting process and a swift turnaround from acceptance to payout.
