We are thrilled to announce the next winner in this year’s Kingsley Asset Finance’s Broker Awards and this time, the spotlight is on the outstanding team at Business Finance House, who have been awarded the 2025 Recognition for Loan Deals Award.
This category celebrates exceptional performance, growth, and commitment to supporting clients across multiple loan types of which Business Finance House of AFS UK delivered an outstanding year of results.
A Year of Impressive Growth and Collaboration
Our relationship with Business Finance House strengthened significantly throughout 2025, and their performance reflected that momentum. With an increase of 130% in proposals received compared to the previous year and a massive 278% increase in the number of deals received and converted versus 2024!
These remarkable results spanned Professional Practice Loans, Commercial Loans, and VAT Loans, showcasing Business Finance House’s dedication and deep understanding of client needs across multiple funding areas.
Identifying Opportunities and Driving Success
Earlier this year, the Business Finance House team approached us regarding VAT Loans, highlighting a gap in their lending panel and noting that Kingsley Asset Finance would be an ideal partner for this type of funding.
We’re delighted that this has already resulted in successful outcomes for Business Finance House and their clients. Their willingness to collaborate, identify opportunities, and trust in our lending solutions has been invaluable, and a key factor behind their award‑winning year.
Celebrating Achievement
To mark this well‑deserved win, Managing Director Jonathan Smith and Broker Relationship Manager Charlotte Earnshaw visited the Business Finance House office to present their award in person, along with a luxury Lancashire food hamper for the whole team to enjoy.
